Our returns policy


We would like you to be happy every time that you shop with us. Every order is checked thoroughly and packed with the utmost care. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, we will take the following steps to put things right.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery. The cost of the return is payable by the customer. Please ensure that you package the goods securely and we strongly recommend for your protection, you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Please contact us before you return an item so that we can make a swift refund or arrange a replacement.

We cannot provide refunds until goods have been received by Nula Soy.

Damaged or defective items

If you are returning items because of damage, errors on our part or defects, in addition to a full refund, we will reimburse you for the cost of sending the items back to us. If you prefer, we will arrange a courier collection at your convenience. Please e-mail or call us to discuss this.

Inside your returns parcel, please provide the following information

  • Your order number
  • Highlight the items being returned
  • Please provide a reason for the return

We can only accept returns for items which have been purchased from our online store.


Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. We will refund your original delivery charge if a product is faulty or damaged.

All refunds will be made within 30 days.
